Aloe vera oil

Ingredients:

1 part aloe vera gel

9 parts jojoba or avocado oil


Preparation:

Make aloe vera gel as small as possible using a blender or hand blender. Then mix the gel well with the jojoba oil or avocado oil and pour into a glass.

Store in the refrigerator and use continuously.


Use:

Aloe oil can be used for the skin or in salads.


Basically, the following applies to pure aloe vera gel:

The aloe vera gel lasts longer when refrigerated. Therefore, please keep it in the refrigerator and use it within a week. Alternatively, you can freeze it in small quantities (for example in an ice cube tray).


To make the gel last even longer, you can add vitamin C or E in oil or powder form when mixing or pureeing it. The gel from the medicinal plant can be stored for up to six weeks.


 

Ingredients:

2 parts aloe juice

1 part rose water (from the pharmacy)

some honey

3 parts organic avocado or jojoba oil


Preparation:

Place aloe juice and rose water in a bowl and mix well. Then add very little honey (1/2 teaspoon for 20 ml rose water) and organic avocado or jojoba oil and mix well.


Application:

Store the oil in the refrigerator. It will last for about 2 weeks, so you should always prepare it in small quantities. Use regularly, especially in the evening, as the oil is very greasy. Nevertheless, it noticeably helps against blackheads and pimples.

Helps against wrinkles and skin imperfections.
