Yogi - tea blend basic recipe

The classic Yogi tea consists of only 5 basic ingredients. It can be refined with a dash of milk and a little sweetness. According to Ayurveda, it is supposed to support the Pitta type.

Yogi - tea blend basic recipe

Ingredients:

50 g cinnamon sticks

15 g cardamom

15 g ginger

12 g cloves

8 g black pepper


at will:

Anise

Fennel

Coriander

Cocoa shells

Chicory root

Licorice

Valerian root

Preparation:

Mix the chopped spices well in a bowl. Put 3 to 5 g (a heaped teaspoon) of the spice mixture in a pot with 250 ml of water and simmer for about 20 minutes.


After time, the tea can be strained through a fine sieve
