Wild garlic specialty

Ingredients:

400 g wild garlic leaves

Salt

pepper

nutmeg

Water

1kg potatoes

2 cups (200 g each) sour cream

200g grated cheese

200g mozzarella

Preparation:

Put the wild garlic leaves in boiling salted water and immediately drain, drain and chop.

Peel the potatoes, cook them in a pot and drain. Then puree the potatoes in a bowl. Then mix the sour cream into the hot puree. Stir in the grated cheese and diced mozzarella and beat until the cheese stiffens.

Now fold in the chopped wild garlic leaves and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
