1 liter of alcohol
1/2 liter of water

Preparation:
Cut the wild garlic leaves into small pieces and put them in a glass. Add the alcohol and water and leave to stand at room temperature for 3 weeks. Every now and then move the sealed jar and after this time strain it using a sieve, linen cloth or filter. Finally, the essence can be filled into a bottle.
