Ingredients:

40 g wormwood leaves or flowers

1 liter of white wine


Glass jar

fine sieve, linen cloth or filter

Bottle


Preparation:

Place the wormwood leaves or flowers in a glass and pour the white wine over them. Then cover or seal the jar and leave it for 5 days. Move the wine occasionally.


After the specified time, the whole thing can be strained using a fine sieve, linen cloth or filter. Bottle the wine and label it with the date and name.


Application:

Drink the vermouth wine by the liqueur glass.
