Valerian Tincture


Valerian

Ingredients:

200 g dried root

1 liter of high-proof (40 to 50%) grain schnapps or fruit brandy

Glass

Sieve, linen cloth or filter

e.g. B. Brown glass bottle


Preparation:

Pour grain schnapps or fruit brandy over the chopped roots in a glass and close tightly. Leave in a warm place for about 4 weeks, shaking occasionally. After this time, strain the roots through a filter, sieve or linen cloth and pour the broth into a bottle. Ideally in an brown glass bottle with a label for labeling.


Application:

30 drops if necessary

Miscellaneous:

If you want to make an essence, simply take double the amount of root


Attention: Alcohol is not for children, young people, pregnant women and drivers!!!
