Tzatziki


Tzatziki

Ingredients:

250 g quark

2 cups of sour cream

Garlic powder granulated

Garlic cloves

Onions

green cucumber

Salt

Pepper

1 cup of cream


Bowl


Preparation:

Wash the green cucumber and then grate it finely. Peel the garlic cloves and onions (amount as desired, depending on how strong you want it) and chop very finely. Then put the quark, the sour cream, the finely grated cucumber, the finely chopped garlic cloves and onions in a bowl and mix well. Season with garlic granules, salt and pepper. Be careful with granulated garlic powder as it becomes very spicy afterwards. Finally, mix the tzatziki with the cream to form a smooth mixture.


Now the mixture should sit in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Taste before serving and add more seasoning if necessary.
