Ingredients:
20 g ginger root
10 g peppermint leaves
10 g lavender flowers
10 g lemon balm leaves
Preparation:
Mix the ginger root, peppermint leaves, lavender flowers and lemon balm leaves well in a bowl. Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the mixture and let it steep for 10 minutes. Then strain through a fine sieve.
Application:
Drink two to three cups of the tea mixture daily when vomiting.
