Tea mixture for nosebleeds

Ingredients:

25 g shepherd's purse herb

25 g yarrow herb


Preparation:

Mix the dried chopped shepherd's purse herb and yarrow herb well in a bowl. Then pour 200 ml of hot water over a teaspoon of the mixture and let it steep covered for 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes it can be strained through a fine sieve.


Application:

If you have a nosebleed, drink the tea hot and in sips.
