Tea mixture for liver problems

Ingredients:

20 g horehound herb

10 g dandelion root and herb

10 g peppermint leaves

10 g ragweed


Preparation:

Put the horehound herb, the dandelion root and herb, the peppermint leaves and the mugwort herb in a bowl and mix everything together well. The leaves and roots should have been dried and made small beforehand.


Then pour 200 ml of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of the mixture and let it steep covered for 10 minutes. Then strain through a fine sieve.

Application:

Drink the tea hot and in sips. For liver problems, take 3 cups of the tea mixture daily, 30 minutes before meals.
