Tea mixture for high blood pressure

Ingredients:

50 g nettle leaves

50 g chamomile leaves

40 g field horsetail

30 g birch leaves


Preparation:

Mix the dried nettle leaves, chamomile leaves, horsetail and birch leaves together well in a bowl. Then pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the mixture and let it steep covered for 10 minutes.


After 10 minutes, the herbs can be strained through a fine sieve.


Application:

Drink 3 cups of the tea mixture daily for high blood pressure.

Ingredients:

30 g chamomile flowers

30 g elderflowers

30 g goldenrod herb

30 g horsetail

20 g pansy herb


Preparation:

In a bowl, mix the chamomile flowers, elderflowers, goldenrod, horsetail and pansy herb together well. Then pour 200 ml of boiling water over 2 to 3 teaspoons of the mixture and let it sit covered for 5 minutes. Then strain through a fine sieve.


Application:

Drink the tea hot and in sips. 2 to 3 cups daily.

Tea mixture for high blood pressure and arteriosclerosis according to Pastor Kneipp


Ingredients:

20 g mistletoe

20 g field horsetail

20 g shepherd's purse

15 g dandelion root and leaves

15 g Benedict's herb

15 g rue herb

15 g yarrow herb


Preparation:

In a bowl, mix the mistletoe, field horsetail, shepherd's purse, dandelion root and leaves, St. Benedict's herb, rue and yarrow herb well. Then pour 200 ml of boiling hot water over 1 teaspoon of the mixture and let it sit covered for 10 minutes.


After the 10 minutes it can be strained through a sieve.


Application:

Drink the tea hot and in sips. 2 to 3 cups daily.


So that the tea can develop its healing effects, use it for at least 4 weeks.
