Tea mixture for gout

Ingredients:

50 g nettle leaves

25 g birch leaves

25 g field violets

25 g field horsetail


Preparation:

In a bowl, mix the dried herbs, nettle leaves, birch leaves, field violet and field horsetail together well. Then pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the mixture and let it steep covered for 8 minutes.


After 8 minutes, the herbs can be strained through a fine sieve.


Application:

Drink a cup of the freshly brewed tea every morning on an empty stomach for gout for 3 weeks.
