Ingredients:
1 part peppermint leaves
1 part valerian root
1 part chamomile flowers
1 part caraway
Preparation:
Put the peppermint leaves, valerian root, chamomile flowers and caraway in a bowl and mix everything well.
Now pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the mixture and let it steep covered for 10 minutes. Then strain through a fine sieve and drink.
Application:
Drink 3 cups of the tea mixture daily before meals for gastrointestinal complaints.
