Ingredients:
30 g raspberry leaves
30 g marigold flowers
30 g lady's mantle herb
30 g nettle leaves
30 g yarrow flowers
30 g shepherd's purse herb
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix well the chopped raspberry leaves, marigold flowers, lady's mantle herb, nettle leaves, yarrow flowers and shepherd's purse herb. Then pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the mixture and cover and let it steep for 8 minutes.
After time you can strain it through a fine sieve.
Application:
Drink the tea hot and in sips.

25 g shepherd's purse herb
25 g yarrow herb
25 g oak bark
25 g bloodroot
Preparation:
Chop the chopped dried shepherd's purse herb, yarrow herb, oak bark and bloodroot well in a bowl. Pour 200 ml of boiling water over a teaspoon of the mixture. Then cover and let it steep for 10 minutes and then strain through a fine sieve.
Application:
If your menstrual period is too heavy, drink the tea hot and in sips. Start 5 days before the onset of menstruation.
