Ingredients:
20 g dried birch leaves
20 g field horsetail/horsetail
20 g hackle root
20 g orthosiphon leaves
20 g bearberry leaves
Preparation:
Mix the dried bearberry leaves, birch leaves, field horsetail, hackle root and orthosiphon leaves well in a bowl.
Then pour 200 ml of cold water over 1 teaspoon of the mixture, bring to the boil and leave covered for 5 minutes. Then strain through a fine sieve.
Application:
Drink 2 cups of the tea mixture daily over several days for cystitis.

Tea mixture for cystitis - for acute pain
Ingredients:
40 g birch leaves
20 g nettle leaves
20 g ivy leaves
20 g mallow leaves
Preparation:
Mix the dried birch leaves, nettle leaves, ivy and mallow leaves well in a bowl. Then for the tea, pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the mixture and let it steep for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes, strain through a fine sieve or filter.
Application:
Drink the tea in sips.

Ingredients:
50 g nettle leaves
30 g goldenrod herb
30 g lemon balm
20 g yarrow flowers
20 g field horsetail
20 g birch leaves
Preparation:
Mix the dried herbs, nettle leaves, goldenrod, lemon balm, yarrow flowers, horsetail and birch leaves together well. Then pour 500 milliliters of boiling water over 3 teaspoons of the mixture and let it steep covered for 10 minutes.
After the 10 minutes, the herbs can be strained through a fine sieve.
Application:
Drink 3 cups daily.
