Tea mixture for circulatory disorders

Ingredients:

40 g lemon balm flowers

40 g motherwort herb

40 g passion flower

30 g broom broom

20 g arnica

10 g peppermint


Preparation:

In a bowl, mix the lemon balm flowers, motherwort, passionflower, broom, arnica and peppermint well. Then pour 2 teaspoons of the mixture over 200 ml of boiling hot water and let it sit covered for 5 minutes.


Then drain through a sieve.


Application:

If you have circulatory problems, drink the unsweetened tea hot and in sips from the tea mixture. 3 cups daily.

Tea mixture for circulatory disorders and dizziness


Ingredients:

15 g lemon balm flowers

15 g hawthorn flowers

15 g mistletoe leaves

10 g rue herb

10 g valerian root

5 g crushed caraway seeds


Preparation:

Mix the lemon balm flowers, hawthorn flowers, mistletoe leaves, rue, valerian root and crushed caraway seeds well in a bowl. Now pour 2 heaped teaspoons of the mixture with 200 ml of warm (not hot) water and let it sit covered for 10 minutes.


After 10 minutes, drain through a sieve.


Application:

Heat the tea - do not boil it. 2 to 3 cups daily.
