Ingredients:
25 g calamus root
25 g crushed fennel fruits
25 g peppermint leaves
25 g lemon balm leaves
Preparation:
Mix the cleaned, chopped and dried calamus root, the crushed fennel fruits, the peppermint leaves and lemon balm leaves well in a bowl. Then pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the mixture and cover and let it steep for 10 minutes. Then strain through a fine sieve.
Application:
Drink the tea hot and take sips of the tea mixture for chronic gastritis. 2 to 3 cups daily.
