Tea blend for the cold season

Ingredients:

1 part dried apple peels

1 part crushed cinnamon bark


Mortar or spice grinder

Bowl

Glass or bag


Preparation:

Crush the cinnamon bark in a mortar or spice mill and add it to the bowl along with the apple peel. If you want, you can add green tea. Mix everything well and pour into a glass or bag.


Application:

Add 1 teaspoon of the Tea blend for the cold season to 1/4 liter of hot water, let it steep for 10 minutes and then strain.
