Tea blend for migraines

Ingredients:

25 g St. John's wort

25 g bitter clover

25 g sweet clover

25 g lemon balm leaves


Preparation:

Mix the chopped St. John's wort, bitter clover, sweet clover and lemon balm leaves and mix well. Then pour 1 to 2 teaspoons of the mixture with 200 ml of boiling water and let it steep covered for 10 to 15 minutes. Then strain with a fine sieve.


Application:

Drink the tea hot and take sips of the tea blend for migraines. Drink 3 cups daily for 6 weeks.
