Ingredients:
20 g dried field horsetail/horsetail
20 g mistletoe
20 g ragwort
20 g shepherd's purse herb
Preparation:
Mix the field horsetail with mistletoe, ragwort and shepherd's purse well. Then pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the mixture and cover and let it steep for 10 minutes. After time, strain through a fine sieve.
Application:
Drink 2 to 3 cups of the tea mixture daily for menstrual cramps.

Ingredients:
20 g goose cinquefoil
20 g lemon balm leaves
10 g peppermint leaves
Preparation:
Mix the dried, chopped herbs, cinquefoil, lemon balm leaves and peppermint leaves well in a bowl. Now pour 2 teaspoons of the mixture with 200 ml of boiling water and let it sit covered for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, strain through a fine sieve.
Application:
Drink the tea hot and in sips. If necessary, drink a cup of freshly brewed tea.

25 g chamomile flowers
15 g yarrow herb
20 g St. John's wort
20 g lemon balm leaves
20 g lady's mantle
Preparation:
Mix the chamomile flowers, yarrow, St. John's wort, lemon balm leaves and lady's mantle together well. Now pour boiling water over 1 to 2 teaspoons of the mixture and let it steep covered for 10 to 15 minutes. Then strain through a fine sieve.
Application:
Drink the tea hot and in sips. Drink a cup in the morning and evening.
