Tea blend for menopausal symptoms

Ingredients:

50 g nettle herb

50 g nettle seeds

50 g sage leaves

30 g lemon balm


Preparation:

Mix the nettle herb, nettle seeds, sage leaves and lemon balm well in a bowl. Then pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 heaped teaspoon of the mixture and let it sit covered for 7 minutes.


After 7 minutes, the herbs can be strained through a fine sieve.


Application:

You drink 2 to 3 cups daily.


In case of severe and unpleasant sweating, double the amount of sage.

50 g motherwort herb

40 g lady's mantle herb

30 g yarrow herb

20 g shepherd's purse herb

10 g lavender flowers


Preparation:

In a bowl, mix the crushed motherwort herb, lady's mantle herb, yarrow herb, shepherd's purse herb and lavender flowers well. Then pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the mixture and cover and let it steep for 10 minutes. Then strain through a fine sieve.


Application:

Drink the tea hot and in sips.

20 g St. John's wort

20 g lady's mantle herb

20 g lemon balm leaves

20 g sage leaves

20 g ginseng


Preparation:

Mix the chopped St. John's wort, lady's mantle herb, lemon balm leaves, sage leaves and ginseng well in a bowl. Then pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the mixture and cover and let it steep for 10 minutes. Then strain with a fine sieve.


Application:

Drink the tea mixture hot and in sips for menopausal symptoms. Drink 3 cups daily for 4 to 6 weeks.
