Ingredients:

fatty oil (linoleic acid), flavonoids, vitamins, minerals, xanthophylls, phytosterol, saponin, choline, lutein, chlorogenic acid


Other:

☕ Tea: 1 tablespoon of sprouts are poured with ¼ liter of boiling water. Let it steep for 10 minutes and then drink. 1 cup 3 times a day is sufficient.


☕ 2 tablespoons of fresh petals or 1 tablespoon of dried petals are poured with ¼ liter of boiling water. Let it steep for 10 minutes and then drink. 3 cups per day are sufficient.


Since the Spanish brought the sunflower from South America to Europe, the plant has also been cultivated here, but it has only been used for oil production for around 200 years.


In the kitchen, the peeled, unroasted seeds are used in all leaf salads, as an addition to potato dishes and as a healthy snack. The kernels are rich in unsaturated fatty acids, and the oil prepared from them, when cold pressed, is essential for a healthy diet.


The sunflower petals can also be used to make a flower essence according to Dr. Bach can be produced. It strengthens the male parts of the personality.
