Ingredients:
800g strawberries
30g lemon juice
20 g vanilla sugar
200g sugar
300 g white rum
40 g elderflower syrup
400 g elderflower sparkling wine

Preparation:
Put the strawberries in a pot and puree them well with a hand blender (if there are still pieces left after pureeing, you can now pass them through a sieve to make them finer). Then add lemon juice, vanilla sugar and sugar, stir and bring to the boil at medium temperature. Be careful, it can also splash! Then remove the pot from the heat and let it cool down.
Finally, add the white rum, the elderflower syrup and the elderflower sparkling wine. Mix everything well again and then pour into bottles with a snap cap or cork.
