Strawberry herb punch

Ingredients:

2 stalks of lemon balm

2 stems of sage

2 stalks of mint

1 stem rosemary

1 stem of woodruff

2 bottles of mild white wine

500 g wild strawberries

1 liter of mineral water or sparkling wine


Preparation:

Crush lemon balm, sage, mint, rosemary and woodruff and place in a large glass bowl or glass jar. Then pour the mild white wine over it and let it steep for at least 2 or 3 hours.


After the 2 to 3 hours, add the fresh, slightly sugared wild strawberries and pour the mineral water or sparkling wine over the strawberry-herb punch.


Attention: Alcohol is not for children, young people, pregnant women and drivers!!!
