Stevia tincture

Ingredients:

some fresh or dried stevia leaves

high-proof fruit schnapps


Glass

fine sieve, linen cloth or filter

Brown glass bottle with dropper or pipette


Preparation:

Place the fresh or dried stevia leaves in a glass and pour the high-proof fruit liquor over them so that all the leaves are well covered. Now leave it in a dark place for 1 week and move the closed jar occasionally.

After 7 days, the whole thing can be strained through a fine sieve, linen cloth or filter and poured into an brown glass bottle with a dropper or pipette. Don’t forget to label it with your name and date.


Application:

Stevia tincture is diluted with water before ingestion and serves as a natural sweetener in tea, coffee and other drinks.


1 drop sweetens a whole cup, so handle it carefully otherwise it will be too sweet.


Attention: Alcohol is not for children, young people, pregnant women and drivers!!!
