In the kitchen, in the home countries, onions are considered a delicacy. They are roasted over an open fire like our sweet chestnuts. It seems that the onions in the southern growing areas are not as poisonous as in our latitudes.

The Star of Bethlehem is the 29th Bach flower. It's the shock bloom. The flower essence supports you when you have to deal with a painful past. Star of Bethlehem is not a single flower and must never be taken as a few, as that would add to the pain.
