Spring wine with five-fingerwort

Ingredients:

A few leaves each from:

Penfoilwort

Strawberry

Daisies

Raspberry

Yarrow

Violets

1/4 liter of good white wine


Glass

Strainer or filter

Bottle


Preparation:

Put a few five-fingerwort leaves, strawberries, daisies, raspberries, yarrow and violets in a glass and pour over the good white wine. Tip: I would chop the leaves into small pieces before putting them in the jar. Let it steep for a few hours, then strain using a sieve or filter. Now pour it into a bottle and label the spring wine with five cinquefoil with the name and date.
