250 g garlic
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon honey
1 bay leaf
10 peppercorns
5 allspice grains
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
1/4 liter vinegar
Dill
Thyme
Savory
Basil

Preparation:
In a pot, put the garlic cloves, 1/4 liter of vinegar, the bay leaf, the peppercorns, the allspice seeds, the mustard seeds, the tablespoon of sugar and the tablespoon of honey. Add dill, thyme, savory and basil if desired and bring to the boil briefly for 5 minutes. Then pour into jars and close tightly. Don't forget to label with name (spice garlic) and date.
