Ingredients:
300 g vegetables (fennel, green beans, carrots, celery, parsley root)
1 cup spelled grains
1 bunch of chopped herbs (parsley, mugwort, gundel vine, lovage)
Spices, amount to taste (bertram, thyme, galangal, nutmeg)
1 pinch of salt
1 liter of water

Preparation:
Wash, clean, peel and cut the vegetables into small pieces. Bring the spelled grains to the boil in 1 liter of water in a pot and cook for 20 minutes.
Approximately 10 minutes after the end of the cooking time, add the herbs and spices. Pour the whole thing through a sieve and drink the spelled grain broth warm.
