Sour bean salad

For approx. 4 people


Sour bean salad

Ingredients:

½ can of green beans

½ onion

2 medium pickles

½ red pepper

½ bunch of dill

3 parsley stalks

1 clove of garlic

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper


large bowl

small bowl or cup

Garlic press


Preparation:

Peel the onion and then cut it into small cubes along with the pickles and pepper. Wash the dill and parsley, shake dry and chop. Then put the green beans in the large bowl and add the chopped onion, pickles, peppers, dill and parsley.


Peel the garlic clove. In the small bowl or cup, add the olive oil, the apple cider vinegar, the pinch of salt, the pinch of pepper and the garlic clove pressed through the garlic press and stir to make a dressing. Then pour the dressing into the large bowl and stir everything well. Let it steep for 20 minutes.


The sour bean salad goes well with lean meat or whole grain bread.
