You need:
A piece of paper
A red pen
An envelope
Your favorite perfume
Red lipstick
And a few red rose petals
Write down on the piece of paper with the red pen what qualities you want in a lover. Then spray the paper with your favorite perfume. Fold the paper and place it in the envelope. Now take the rose petals and hold them in your right hand. Now imagine how happy and in love you are and squeeze the petals tightly in your hand. Place the petals in the envelope. Now close it. Apply the red lipstick and kiss the seal. Keep the envelope in a safe place and never open it again. If you do this, the spell will be broken.
