Sea buckthorn liqueur

Ingredients:

1 part fresh berries

4 parts fruit brandy

1/4 - 1/2 part rock candy


wide-necked glass vessel

fine sieve, linen cloth

Bottle


Preparation:

Place the berries in a glass jar and press lightly. Then pour the fruit brandy over it and leave it in a warm place for 3 to 4 weeks. Move the glass every now and then.


After the specified time, the whole thing is strained through a fine sieve or linen cloth. To improve the taste, add rock candy and dissolve it by stirring. When the sugar has dissolved, you can pour the liqueur into bottles. Just put the name and date on it and you're done.


Application:

Take a sip of the sea buckthorn liqueur if necessary.
