Savory bath or facial steam bath

Ingredients:

1 handful of fresh or 1/2 handful of dried savory

2 liters of water


Pot

Sieve


Preparation:

Bring the fresh or dried savory to the boil in 2 liters of water and let it steep for at least 5 to 20 minutes for an astringent, antiseptic bath. Then strain through a sieve and pour into the bath.


For the facial steam bath, as already written above, boil fresh or dried savory in 2 liters of water and remove from the heat. Then place the pot safely on a table, be careful hot! Now hold your head over the pot with a cloth over it and inhale.
