For 2 to 3 people
Ingredients:
500g potatoes
500 g sauerkraut
400 g sour cream
2 onions
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 bouillon cubes
1 tablespoon cumin
600 ml water
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
large, tall pan
Sieve
Preparation:
Peel the potatoes and onion and cut them into small cubes. Then fry briefly in a pan with oil and add water. Now add the stock cube and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain the sauerkraut in a sieve and then add it to the pan. Season with salt, pepper and caraway and simmer for another 10 minutes. Now remove the pan from the heat and stir in the sour cream.
If you want, you can of course also make smoked pork with the sauerkraut and potato pan. Then dice it and fry it briefly.
