Sage syrup

Sage

Ingredients:

approx. 50 g sage (fresh or dried)

250 g sugar

Sore throats and colds

Application:

If necessary, 2-3 tbsp, 3x daily

For children, 1-3 teaspoons (the younger you are, the less!)
