Ingredients:
1 liter of water
2 to 3 handfuls of rosemary leaves and flowers
Pot
fine sieve, linen cloth or filter
Bottle
Preparation:
1 liter of water is boiled in a pot and then removed from the heat. Add the rosemary leaves and rosemary flowers to the hot water (no longer boiling), cover the pot and let the rosemary water steep for 5 hours. It can then be strained through a fine sieve, linen cloth or filter and poured into bottles or used as a bath for another purpose.
Application:
The rosemary water can be used as a foot or hand bath or facial toner.
