To find:

Garden plant, you can usually get the calyxes from the pharmacy or health food store.


Ingredients:

Mucilage, citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, colorant anthocyanin, phytosterols, pectins


Miscellaneous:

☕ Tea: 1 teaspoon of Roselle flowers are poured with 1/4 liter of boiling water and left to stand for 10 minutes. Then strain and drink up to 1 1/2 liters daily.


🛑 Roselle should be avoided during pregnancy.


The well-known mallow tea is prepared in the Tegel from this type of mallow, i.e. hibiscus. Roselle can be found in many herbal mixtures and goes best with rose hips.


The ground flowers fit into any homemade hair pack and also into face masks.


This type of mallow is imported from North Africa, Ceylon or Brazil. With a bit of luck you can also grow them in our latitudes.
