Ingredients:
200 g Sugar
100 ml Water
1 Teaspoon cinnamon or e.g. gingerbread spice
200 g Unpeeled or natural almonds
Preparation:
Bring the sugar, water and cinnamon to the boil in a pan and add the almonds. Stir diligently, otherwise it will burn. As soon as the liquid has evaporated and the sweet crust has formed around the almonds, place them on baking paper and let them cool. The pan should be soaked immediately.
