Ingredients:

100 g dried or fresh rhodiola root

0.75 ml white wine

Wine bottle with cork


Preparation:

Grind the dried or fresh rhodiola root in a blender. Then add the rhodiola root and a few fresh leaves or flowers to the wine bottle and pour the white wine over it. Cork the bottle well and leave it to stand at room temperature for 3 to 4 weeks.


After this time, the wine can be drunk. In this case, straining is not necessary.


Application:

Take a schnapps glass full of Rhodiola wine before meals every day.
