Ingredients:
100 g fresh rhodiola root
300 g fine granulated sugar
400 ml lukewarm water
1/2 teaspoon citric acid

Porcelain or glass bowl
Linen cloth
Pot
Cooking thermometer
Brown glass bottles/bottles
Preparation:
Cut the rhodiola root into small pieces and chop it in a blender. Then put it in a porcelain or glass bowl. Dissolve the granulated sugar in the lukewarm water and pour over the herb mixture. Add citric acid and stir well. Now cover the bowl with a cloth and leave it at room temperature for 2 days. Stir every now and then.
After the 2 days, stir everything well again and then filter through a linen cloth. Then heat the liquid to 70 degrees Celsius in a pot and then pour it into brown glass bottles. Don't forget to label it with your name and date.
Application:
Add 2 teaspoons of roseroot extract daily to a glass of water and take as a morning drink over a long period of time. Also goes well with yogurt or kefir.
