Raspberry liqueur

1 liter of raspberry juice made from freshly squeezed fruit

1/2 kg sugar

1 piece of cinnamon stick

2 cloves

2 liters of good cognac


Cheesecloth or filter

Glass bottles


The raspberry juice is mixed in a container with the sugar, the cinnamon stick, the cloves and the good cognac and left to stand in a sunny place for 1 week. Stir the mixture occasionally.

After 7 days, filter the liquid through a cheesecloth and fill it into pretty glass bottles.

The raspberry liqueur should rest for at least 3 months before use.

Attention: Alcohol is not for children, young people, pregnant women and drivers!!!
