Quince liqueur

Quince liqueur

1 kg of quinces

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 lemon

4 chopped, bitter almonds

1 liter of spirits

1 liter of water

1/4 kg sugar

wide-necked glass vessel

Grate the quinces, remove the core and cut the fruit into small pieces. Then put the chopped fruit in the glass jar and add the cinnamon, lemon juice and chopped bitter almonds. Now pour the spirit of wine over it and put it in a warm place for 6 weeks.

When the 6 weeks are up, make a syrup from the water and sugar. Now filter the quince-alcohol mixture into another container and add the sugar solution. Stir everything well and bottle. Don't forget your name and date.

You should only drink the quince liqueur after a year, it tastes better then.

Attention: Alcohol is not for children, young people, pregnant women and drivers!!!
