Ingredients:
crushed poplar bark and poplar buds
cold pressed olive oil
Screw glass
Strainer
Bottle
Preparation:
Put 2/3 of the crushed poplar bark and poplar buds into the screw-top jar and pour the cold-pressed olive oil over it so that it is completely covered. Then leave it in the warmth for 5 to 6 weeks.
After the specified time, strain the whole thing through a sieve and squeeze out the plant parts well. Then pour it into a bottle and label it with the date and name.
Application:
The poplar oil for rubbing on the skin, or for further processing as an ointment.
