Ingredients:
1 handful of fresh poplar buds
high proof alcohol
Screw glass
Filters
Amber glass bottle with dropper or pipette
Preparation:
Put the fresh poplar buds in a screw-top jar and pour the high-proof alcohol over them. Then leave the closed screw-top jar in the warmth for 3 weeks and shake it every now and then.
After 3 weeks, the plant material is filtered through a filter and poured into an brown glass bottle with a dropper or pipette. Don’t forget to label it with your name and date.
Application:
The poplar essence is taken drop by drop.
