Ingredients:

5 tablespoons of ginger powder

5 tablespoons ground rice

cold pressed oil


Bowl


Preparation:

In any bowl, mix the ginger powder with the ground rice and stir with enough cold-pressed oil to form a smooth paste.


Application:

Stand under the shower and rub and massage the moistened skin with the paste. The peeling makes you feel alert, so you can do anything afterwards except sleep.
