Ingredients:
1/4 kg roasted peanuts
1 teaspoon sunflower oil
some salt
Preparation:
Put the roasted peanuts in the food processor, add the sunflower oil and mix. If necessary, add another teaspoon of oil and a little salt (1/2 teaspoon). Then put it in a glass and label it with your name and date.
The peanut butter becomes very creamy and lasts about 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
