Ingredients:
4 teaspoons dried bedstraw
100 ml boiling water
90% spirits from the pharmacy
a few drops of lemon balm essential oil
a few drops of lemon essential oil
a few drops of sage essential oil
Bowl
Coffee filter
Spray bottle
Preparation:
Put the dried bedstraw in a bowl and pour the boiling water over it. Let it steep for 10 minutes and then strain through a coffee filter.
Now pour 70 ml of this extract into another bowl and let it cool. Then add the spirit of wine and essential oils and mix well. Add the essential oils as desired. Finally pour into a spray bottle. The natural deodorant lasts for approx. 6 months.
Application:
The natural deodorant with bedstraw for external use on the skin.
Please do not take it internally!!!
