Ingredients:
1 handful of nasturtium leaves
250 ml high-proof grain schnapps
Glass
fine sieve or coffee filter
Brown glass bottles
Preparation:
Put the nasturtium leaves in a glass and pour the high-proof grain schnapps over them. Then leave it in the sun for 10 days and move it occasionally. After 10 days, the leaves can be strained using a fine sieve or coffee filter and poured into brown glass bottles. Don't forget to label the contents and date.
