Motherwort tincture

Ingredients:

20 g dried motherwort herb

100 ml low-percentage alcohol (from 20 percent) e.g. B. a strong wine or southern wine


Glass

fine sieve, linen cloth or filter

Brown glass bottle


Preparation:

Cut the motherwort herb into small pieces, put it in a glass and pour the strong wine over it. Then let it stand for 10 days and then strain it through a fine sieve, linen cloth or filter. Then fill it in an brown glass bottle and label it with the name (motherwort tincture) and date.


Application:

Take 1 to 2 teaspoons per day.
