500 g dried lemon balm leaves

1 untreated lemon

1 teaspoon angel root

some cloves

1 liter of vodka

Glass jar

Coffee filter or cheesecloth



Grind the angel root and grate the peel from the lemon. Then put the dried lemon balm leaves, the grated lemon peel, the grated angelica and a few cloves in a glass jar and pour the vodka over them. Now place it in a sunny place for 2 weeks and move it occasionally.

After the 14 days of brewing, the whole thing can be strained through a coffee filter or cheesecloth. Then fill into bottles and close well. Don’t forget to label it with your name and date.

Let it rest for 2 months!
